For years now, we’ve had and continue to have a 99.95% Monthly SLA on our VPS Hosting Platforms & 99.9% on our Network connectivity, that provides a 25% refund on monthly fees for a month including a breach of the SLA.
We’re pleased to note that we don’t have to refund based on the SLA very often and we intend to reduce that SLA payment rate as much as possible this year.
