During the evenings of Tuesday July 23rd and Wednesday July 24th, we will be performing a migration of the Canberra based hosting server and routing platforms of Network Presence to our main Sydney POP.
We’ve already contacted all Canberra hosted customers, but to our Sydney network this means that it needs configuration and other actions performed to add the formerly Canberra hosted networks and servers into our main network and POP.
Accordingly, during the evenings of both Tuesday July 23rd & Wednesday July 24th, we will be performing migration operations & upgrades to network infrastructure (routers & switches) and selected hosting server platforms of Network Presence in Sydney, Australia.
This Maintenance Window starts from 2am Sydney time on the morning of Wednesday July 24th, 2013 through to 6am that morning, and then again from 11pm on the evening of Wednesday July 24th through to 4am on Thursday, July 25th, and I’ll be personally contactable by phone & online during and after these works incase there’s any issues that arise.
This will incur a few (3) short outages to the network connectivity and hosting products of Network Presence in Australia during each of these off-peak scheduled works periods.
Our Engineers will be on-site during Wednesday and into Thursday morning at our Sydney Data Centre to quickly attend to any issues which may arise as the ex-Canberra hardware settles back into service in Sydney.
FYI and regards,
Richard.
