Email Ticketing / Request Tracker Appliance VPS

If you’re wanting a mail server that can provide a way to handle “Mail Queues” and “Ticketing” of emails, with automatic responders and a web interface for managing the emails, multiple users with priorities etc, then Request Tracker is an excellent open-source option, which we offer fully installed and configured with a VPS to serve it through our Email Ticketing VPS Appliance Plan.

Consider Zimbra wrt “Microsoft Exchange in the Cloud” Mail Servers

We’ve done a few Zimbra Community (open-source) Mail Server installs recently, and in combination with their Microsoft Exchange Migration Wizards tools, we’re finding that this low cost but fully functional Mail Server can save customers the licensing costs of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange Server itself, without significant change in mail functionality.

We’ve happy to install Zimbra Community Edition to any new VPS Order, as it does need to (pretty much) ‘consume’ a VPS and needs something like our “Value #2” VPS with our Upgrades to get to 2GB RAM and fast disk Xen VPS for your Mail Server.

Our VPS Upgrade Offers are selling well and are still available, being “Double your VPS RAM” for VPS Plans ordered with over 512MB of RAM listed in the VPS Plan, as well as an “Extra CPU” for VPS Plans listed with at least 1GB of RAM.

These offers can be combined, so if you order (say) our “Value #2” VPS Plan, which has 1GB of RAM & 2 x CPUs listed by default, you can use these two Upgrade Offers to get a 2GB RAM VPS with 3 x CPUs.
