For some time (3+ years) some of our VPS Plans have had “Un-metered” data, whereby we said that our:

Fair Use Policy applies and this is not best for high Network QoS or real-time data delivery, but is fine for web site hosting & most content hosting.

We’ve now updated that to better reflect what our original intent was and what the reality is nowadays as our network has grown, being:

A Fair Use Policy applies for Top 10% of Network Traffic, which may reduce your maximum sustained network transmission rate to 25Mbps during peak usage periods.

Which puts some definition to what may happen if your service generates a large traffic stream and gives more confidence to choose VPS and Colo Plans at Network Presence which have this Unmetered Network feature.
