Moving away from Paypal

The frequency of “problems” with using & managing Paypal based once-off & regular payments has been increasing for us lately as the business of Network Presence has grown, and it’s now surpassed the level that I knew when running a retail ISP and using conventional local Australian online banking services from the ‘Big 4’ banks of Australia.

Accordingly, we’re commencing a project to move Network Presence away from using Paypal. This will take a few months at least and we will be in contact during this migration project with all customers who pay us regularly by Paypal, to arrange alternative regular/scheduled payment methods for them, most of which will revolve around conventional credit-card based online or scheduled payments, possibly including Bpay or other payment systems managed by local Australian large banks.

If you’re a customer of Network Presence and pay us regularly by Paypal, please “Don’t Panic!”, as it will still be a couple of months yet before we’re at the point of being able to provide you with an alternative payment method that’s online and as easy as Paypal to enact to regularly (eg: monthly) pay your Network Presence invoice.

Please contact us directly if you have any queries or concerns about this move away from Paypal.

Thanks,
Richard.
