Sometimes I get asked whether we’re ‘just a reseller’ of someone else’s services and it’s worth noting that we own all our Internet Infrastructure, which means that we have a different niche & capability, one that many of our competitors don’t and our business is focussed on operating the various layers of Internet Infrastructure needed to provide the v.high QoS that we have on the products & services that Network Presence provides.
This means that we own our servers, switches and routers, we rent the racks that they’re in from the Data Centres themselves, we own our Internet addresses & the Internet Links that provide our redundant access to the Internet, etc; and in most cases we get primary services from massive worldwide Telcos and companies that are able to meet our high availability & service level requirements.
To our customers this means that “The Buck Stops Here” and we’re well able to action any specific or custom hosting or Internet connectivity request or requirement you may have. We realise that we aren’t priced at the bottom of the market, but the return for our customers is that we own the whole stack of Internet Hosting & Connectivity for Network Presence, delivering the high QoS that is our trademark.
