We’re carving out the funding & position for someone who could perform the role of “social network manager” at Network Presence.

We’re looking for someone who is able to work remotely, via (say) “home office” or telecommuting or other ways to be able to post relevant items to the Internet every hour or so during your shift.

You may just have an iPad or such on 3G Internet access in Melbourne, or in Vancouver or London, we don’t mind as long as you can post online for us when it matters.

We expect you may be known to us or in our social networks already, but that said, we’d prefer finding someone in (say) Melbourne, Canberra or Sydney, Australia, because Network Presence owners or operators are mostly in that area of the world too, but International workers are encouraged to apply quickly and soon.

We can provide fixed line ADSL or NBN connectivity for any staffer in AU to the value of $75/month (ave “last mile” staff-cost/discounted line fee) including some form of wireless access at a relevant ADSL/NBN access point. ie: yes, we’re willing to fund your Internet Connectivity to such amount should you need.

The above said & assumed: The primary role for this position is focused on being our “social media manager” and if you found an un-noted social media item whenever you logged in, it could become yours to action and start more of us looking at it in time, such as is our ‘daily social network contact queue’.

We want someone who could work ~3 part-time hours / day, being 35-75 “interactions” / shift on whatever social network is required. Escalation paths would be provided for urgent contacts etc, so you won’t be left dealing with problems after taking the contact on the front-lines.

Usually though your days would just need you to post a good few potential news/action/info items per hour or (say) 15-45+ / day..
