Reimage your VPS with our Ubuntu 24.04 template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Login to your VPS as root and run:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

apt update && apt upgrade<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then install nodejs & npm with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

apt install nodejs npm<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now you can install claude-code with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

npm install -g @anthropic-ai\/claude-code<\/code>

With the above installed you can then run the “claude” command in your project’s directory, eg:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

mkdir -p claude-project\/1 && cd claude-project\/1 && claude<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n
