It’s been a year since I physically visited the “Lights Out Mode” data centre POP of Network Presence in Sydney and in that year we’ve grown the business and hosting capabilities many fold. But eventually such growth needs me to physically attend the POP to perform actions which are highly technical & specific to hardware and systems of Network Presence that I’m the best to perform.<\/p>\n
Some of these things include software and hardware upgrades to give Network Presence a “leg up” in capacity, including memory, CPU & network upgrades. For example, I’ll be installing and commissioning the latest general purpose hosting platform for Network Presence in Sydney<\/a>, as well as many other hardware and software upgrades.<\/p>\n Accordingly, we’ll be emailing all customers who may be affected by the short restarts etc that will occur during this Yearly Maintenance Window, which starts from ~11pm Sydney time on this coming Friday evening (July 15th 2011).
