{"id":13,"date":"2011-05-13T06:00:02","date_gmt":"2011-05-13T13:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.networkpresence.co\/?p=13"},"modified":"2011-05-13T07:44:04","modified_gmt":"2011-05-13T14:44:04","slug":"our-caldav-calendar-service-works-fine-with-ios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blog.networkpresence.co\/?p=13","title":{"rendered":"Our CalDAV Calendar service works fine with iOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve been able to confirm the settings needed to link your iOS device (iPhone \/ iPad) to <a href=\"http:\/\/netpr.es\/webcal1\">Network Presence&#8217; Calendar service<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) please work through:<\/p>\n<p>Settings -&gt; Mail, Contacts, Calendars -&gt; Add Account -&gt; Other -&gt; Add CalDAV Account<\/p>\n<p>Then on the page titled CalDAV, enter:<\/p>\n<p>Server: c.netpr.es<\/p>\n<p>User Name: &lt;required &amp; as supplied&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Password: &lt;required &amp; as supplied&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Description: NetPres Calendar<\/p>\n<p>Press Next (top right) &amp; wait, then select Continue to connect without SSL &amp; wait some more &amp; when\/if it errors, click Ok , then select Advanced Settings and enter the following;<\/p>\n<p>Account URL: http:\/\/c.netpre.es:80\/caldav.php\/&lt;same Username as above&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Port: 80<\/p>\n<p>Use SSL: Off<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Of course, we&#8217;re here to help if you need for any of this Setup &amp; Use of the NetPres Calendar service.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cheers,<\/p>\n<p>Richard.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve been able to confirm the settings needed to link your iOS device (iPhone \/ iPad) to Network Presence&#8217; Calendar service.
